Employees shall accrue paid time off (PTO) at the close of each pay cycle. There is no minimum grace period required to utilize your PTO hours. You may do so immediately, upon receipt of your first paycheck.

Our prison ministry consist of an advocacy team of attorneys, counselors, clergymen, pastors, advocates, and everyday citizens. Together, we ensure inmates are treated fairly within jail and prison systems.

At BACI International Group, we own and control a network of other corporations, companies, charities, and brands. Our other companies are recognized by different names, but BACI International Group makes the decisions for all of our subsidiaries. So what is the role of BACI International Group?
We are the headquarters and highest ranking authority within our network of companies, as we govern the actions of our entire conglomeration. Similar to a holding company, BACI International Group has limited interaction with the general public, but our network of companies has a tremendous amount of engagement with clients and customers.
